Taste: Bink Wines

Our newest addition to The Madrones is "Bink”, handcrafted wines from the Yorkville Highlands at the deep end of the valley.  This small, artisan operation is the outcome of two women, Deb and Cindy,  with a passion for great wines and food.  Using sustainably grown grapes from The Hawks Butte Vineyard, Bink Wines are small lots that are elegant and terroir-driven.  Their tasting room is located just off the arcade, opposite of  Drew.  Monika will gladly pour you a taste of their available vintages and introduce you to the local Old Chatham Ranch Olive oil they will be offering.  Deb Schaltzlein the winemaker is also at the tasting room quite often.
