Deb Schatzlein, owner/winemaker of Bink Wines is offering a Wine/Food Pairing Workshop. Experience hands on how easy it can be to pair wine and food perfectly every time. At your next dinner party you can dazzle your friends and family with your new found wine knowledge!
The first part of the workshop, from 10AM until Noon, is dedicated to the science of wine and food pairing. We will explore why particular components of different foods and different wines go together.
At Noon we will break for a catered lunch.
At 300 PM the workshop continues and we will have the opportunity to put our new skills to the test and further explore how food and wine interact with each other and what to look out for. We will be tasting different combinations of food and wine to see how they work.
After the workshop join us at the Bink Wines Tasting Room for Chocolate and Syrah pairing!
In the evening we invite you to join us for a special Winemaker Dinner and experience how the pairing of wine and food can hugely enhance your dining enjoyment every time! “Stone & Embers” Restaurant, a brand-new addition to The Madrones, and Chef Patrick Meany are preparing a special menu just for us.
