Starting in late May the spring showers start to pass and our dry season begins with months of warm weather and no rainfall until late October. Long summer days are perfect for wine tasting, hiking and biking through the countryside, picnics in the state parks and cooling off in the Navarro River. There are plenty of festival activities in the valley and on the coast, as well as our weekly Farmers Market in town. Dine on our courtyard, wake up and take a cup of coffee to the plaza or stroll the cottage grounds to see what’s in bloom. Daytime temperatures will spike in July and August, but the nights are always cool thanks to the the nearby Pacific Ocean which influences the valley floor.
