We have an exciting lineup of topics including food preservation, canning, olive oil production, wine sensory evaluation, cheese making, birding, mushroom foraging, gardening, sustainable pest management, and farm to table cooking. Classes are limit in size to 12-15 people, so book your reservation now. Ask about local accommodations, in addition to our private estate guest quarters, we have friends with cottages on their farms and ranches.
